Registration required. Find Your Balance Techniques to Manage Stress is a 3-part program the will guide you through various techniques to help you cope with daily stress. Sessions meet from 5-6 pm on Wednesdays, February 26, March 4 and March 11. Crimson Couch to 5K To celebrate the 10th year, we’re lighting up the night and UA campus with an evening glow event on April 4th at 7 PM. Choose your distance of 5K or 10K as the course takes you through the university campus. Early Bird Special registration fee of $10 through January 23rd or $15 until April 1st. Faculty & Staff Intramural Teams Show off your batting skills by joining in on the softball action. $60 per team (3 games guaranteed and potential playoff games). Mondays or Tuesdays at 6 PM.
